Do They Even Know What They Are Doing?

For about a week now I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled with the liver specialist. I was having such a hard time I had to have my OB call them and give them a hard time. They also sent over a referal that is not required by insurance compnay but is required through their office. Monday I tried again and their systems were down. So yesterday morning they called me back, said they didn't have a referal and couldn't schedule an appointment. I had my doctor re-fax a referal and kept calling with no luck. Finally today I get an appointment (without the stupid referal) and they tell me they won't be able to see me until April 8th. can you believe that. After they even see my OB called and requested I be seen within two weeks. I don't think they know what they are doing.
